fauntleroy children's center auction

For the third year in a row, I am donating an item to the Fauntleroy Children's Center "Lights, Camera, Auction." Who doesn't love a good cause? If you're in the West Seattle area, the auction takes place on March 26th. My donation is a recycled cashmere throw in gray, black and chocolate brown, retail value $130.

 

2011 Rit Dye "Upcycling" Contest

What a fantastic surprise! I was absolutely thrilled to open my email on Friday and read the words "You are a confirmed Grand Prize Winner of the Rit Dye "Upcycling" contest!" Thank you Renate Spiegler (Rit Dye Eco-blogstress) and the rest of the Rit Dye team... and of course the respected judges. I can hardly wait to receive a box of 24 bottle of Rit Dye! The possibilities are endless.
