I've been experimenting with an automatically generated weekly e-zine via Paper.Li. You just sign up and name your paper, then you can choose categories and sources to tailor it to the news you want to share. Throughout the week (you can also choose your frequency) the top stories from your sources are collected in newspaper form and tweeted to your followers.
