I'm pretty behind on my posts due to the uncharacteristically warm weather over the holiday weekend, but first I think I'll pay it forward and post my own giveaway.

The purse is darling. My daughter has the best luck at thrift stores finding clothes.She finds name brand jeans for 5.00 and less.

i love thrift stores, but almost never go...i tend to look for stuff in the linens section. i did one time find an old nasty late 60s/early 70s chair for $5 that I stripped, repainted and recovered into the Most Comfortable Chair in the World.

My greatest thrift store find was a full wardrobe! i bought a full wardrobe for about 50 dlls, it was so much fun being able to buy so much stuff for so little, and everything was brand new, i love thrift stores :D

I picked up a beautiful crochets afghan for $3.95 once! It was flowers in jewel tones on black...very lacey and eyecatching. My daughters are fighting me for it!

I live by a thrift store that opened about 4 yrs ago. They have bargain day on Sundays. I can get cheap purses,shoes and books there. thanks!

i love to thrift shop especially for vintage finds. I once found a gorgeous chanel flower brooch in perfect condition for only $10. That i can safely say is the most satisfying experience i have had with a thrift store.
